With many cake makers in the Newark area N&B Cakes wanted a logo design & strong visual brand identity so they would stand out.
The very obvious approach to designing a logo for a cake makers is to have cakes! Or whisks… wooden spoons… We decided early on that we didn’t want obvious – Nina didn’t want any fuss. The final logo is purely typographical and comes with an alternative circular logo mark.
Alongside the logo design and branding, Nina asked for solutions to make her cake flavour menu more exciting. At that time it was just a list. We decided on a set of bespoke illustrations showing each flavour.
Michele’s service has been fantastic from the beginning to end.
I had no idea what I wanted so she asked me what I don’t like, I sent her examples and she came up with something I absolutely love.
